Himalayan News Service Kathmandu, February 6: The meeting between the Ministry of Water Resources and Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam on Arun III Hydro Electricity Project was adjourned today without reaching a decision.

The Nigam and ministry officials had met yesterday, too. The ministry had said the meeting would conclude today. “As representatives of the Nigam had to go for another meeting,

we adjourned the meeting,” said spokesperson for the ministry Anup Upadhyaya. The date and time for the next round of meeting on the project have not been fixed, Upadhyaya further said.

He added that the meeting might continue next day.
